Getting Toned

Options
What's the best ingredients to stay away from all together when trying to get toned? Like sugars etc. i want to see results, but when I don't it's discouraging !

    getting "toned" is just cutting body fat to reveal the muscle underneath...of course, you have to have that muscle to reveal. basically you cut fat until you are happy with the definition you see. of course, lifting heavy things and putting them down will ensure you have the muscle to show once the fat is cut...little to no muscle and low body fat =/= "toned."

    get good nutrition...consume an appropriate amount of calories...get your protein to help with muscle preservation...pick up heavy things and put them down...voila, "toned"
