I'm a senior in college and I'm so glad to see that you are working to improve yourself before you get here! I'll send you a request. I keep my diary open for those who want to see a nutritious, ~1500 calories a day diet. In the past 2 weeks I've gone from 135lbs to 129lbs. I don't eat grains, oats, starch(potatoes, corn, ect), limit my fruit(currently doing low sugar), limit beans and rarely have any dairy(sometimes it's a recipe ingredient). I create recipes on here if you are looking for high fat, high protein, and low carb meals. I also have no cheat days where I binge on pizzas or cookies to show how it is possible to stick with it.

Hey guys, I'm Tom and I'm really glad to see that you guys are taking steps to achieve your goals. I've been on a new diet for around 5 weeks. A big part of my diet is green smoothies. I bought one of those expensive blenders, so I hope I stick with it. I also have a serious medical condition (pancreas), so I have a lot of reasons to stick with this diet. I'm around 6 foot, 200 pounds. I feel that if I lost 25 pounds, I would feel a lot better. I'm hoping to find a few people who also use this app who will keep me honest and engaged in the program and I will do the same for them. I'd appreciate if you add me so we can remind each other and hopefully work together towards our common goal.
