Trying different Things

My name is Cindy and I am working on different things I would say different alternatives but are healthier alternative is that it makes me sound like I'm committed to something and then I'll be over do it and then go back so I'll just say different things anyways I'm trying guided meditation which is awesome and rhythmic breathing and I'm also trying for my depression amino acids and vitamins I'm taking 5-htp and vitamin B and I feel better is also happy me with my depression because I am so tired of taking antidepressants and gaining weight because of them especially when I'm already trying to struggle to lose weight that I've gained naturally so I'm working on different things and they seem to be working thus far and it makes me want to kind of slowly change my eating habits which is what I'm doing I hope you all have a blessed day
