I can only workout at home and always love to hear what home workouts others are doing. I currently use TurboFire mostly, and supplement with 21 Day Fix videos, InsanityT25 and Cathe kickboxing dvd. What about you?

My own yoga flow. I've added some bodyweight exercises from New Rules of Lifting for Women, and my full routine about 90 minutes long ATM. I try to do that three days a week and do a less intense version on the other days.0

Right now I'm exercising at home but haven't bought any DVDs in 10 years. I always loved Karen Voight, Kari Anderson, and The Firm, so I'm sticking to those. I adore Chalean Johnson too !!! I have some Billy Blanks too.0

I didn't know you could get them free. They charge on their website! Thanks0 -
Landmine variants with a Olympic bar shoved in the corner of my basement dungeon gym. Two handed shoulder press being one of my favourites with this setup.0

Yoga (Yay YouTube! ). Or, anything low impact. I don't want my neighbours to think the apartment building is falling down around them.0
