I started at 107.6 kg (237lbs or 17stone) I'm now 100kg (lost 16 lbs) and my NSV is I've dropped 2 shirt collar sizes from 18.5 ins to 17.5 ins ..... yippeee ... all those shirts in the back of the wardrobe are starting to fit again.
