Hey everyone today I started the 50 push-ups in 30 days challenge and I'd love people to join me!
Week 1:
1: 5 push-ups
2: 5 push-ups
3: Rest
4: 5 push-ups
5: 10 push-ups
6: rest
7: 10 push-ups

Week 2
1: rest
2: 12 push-ups
3: 12 push-ups
4: rest
5: 15 push-ups
6: 15 push-ups
7: rest

Week 3
1: 20 push-ups
2: 24 push-ups
3: rest
4: 25 push-ups
5: 30 push-ups
6: rest
7: 32 push-ups

Week 4
1: 35 push-ups
2: 35 push-ups
3: rest
4: 38 push-ups
5: 40 push-ups
6: rest
7: 42 push-ups

Last two days
1: 45 push-ups
2: 50 push-ups

It may be difficult but my plan is to say I can do it while toning my arms! Take the challenge with me!
