Hi folks
Returning to fitness pal after being disheartened/losing interest in trying to lose weight following a small weight gain coinciding with my Fitbit tracker stop working. Since then I have gained more weight as self esteem has decreased. Tried to motivate myself into losing weight before but failed. I am 45 and now 294lbs

You can get back to it... Go to meetup.com and find a workout, run/walk/jog, or activity that you like to do. Find a partner to keep you motivated. Get on a Nutrition plan.. Google Shred pdf and follow the 1st week plan... Eating every 2-3 hours will keep your metabolism up and reduce the urge to over eat... Do some type of activity for 30 minutes a day. I kind of lost my motivation too.....I trained all winter and summer last year for an event and once the event was over I took a break from constant exercise and wasn't 100% truthful about my logging............... So now I have put back on some of my lost weight and trying to get back on the horse:) You can do this!!!0
