Great job everyone on your losses!!! no matter how big or how small...a loss is still a loss (the scale is moving in the right direction lol). If you didn't lose, thats ok....maybe something is a little tighter this week than last week lol Keep up the great work!!
jamielr84 - i agree with you...i wasted a year gym membership because i just couldn't make myself workout in front of other people lol...and you had a fantastic week!!! Keep it up!0 -

Well I lost a big fat nothing this week. :grumble: So there is no way I will reach my goal of 15lbs by next week since I have only lost 6 total so far. That's okay though, I think I set that goal a little high anyway. I didn't do great with my eating this week, but I did start P90X. It is kicking my rear! I have been so sore all week! Hopefully I can lose atleast 3lbs next week.

Another weigh in day I didn’t lose as much this week as last, but the scale still moved a little. Now that I’ve got a HRM I think I look forward to working out a little more I leave next Wednesday for my vacation, so I will be doing my final weigh in Wednesday morning instead of Friday
My weigh-in for week 2 is 182.4lbs (-4.4lbs from the start)
jamielr84 – I hear P90X is tough…congrats on starting it keep sticking with it and I’m sure you’ll see results

Good morning all!!! I’m leaving in a few mins to go on my vacation….so here are my results for our 3 Week Challenge:
Weigh in today 180.8lbs
Starting weight 186.8lbs
Total lost in challenge (-6lbs)
Goal was to lose 5-7lbs so I’m right in the middle

I hope everyone is having a great week. I know I won't get close to hitting my goal for these 3 weeks, but I have gotten back on track in these weeks. I started P90X and am not having near as many bad days. Thanks everyone for your support! I can't wait to leave for my weekend vacation in the morning! I will weight myself in the morning and post my final weightloss for the 3 weeks.

Hoovering at 193! So no loss this week. I actually had gained 1.5 lbs this week but this morning I weighed and am back at 193. Total lost in challenge is 7lbs.0
