From 250 to 180 in a year, with 40 lbs to go. If I were to advise folks based on my own experience, I would tell them:

1) Don't decide one day you're going to flip your life upside down with clean eating and hours at the gym. I've made that mistake many times.
2) Don't waste your money on over-the-counter glorified caffeine liver destroyers. Another mistake I've made many times.
3) Don't deny yourself. Have the cheesecake once in a while. Just try not to eat the whole thing.
4) Slow and steady wins the race. If you're not dying today, you don't need to lose 100 lbs today.

Awesome! Great advice too! Any specific products you're referring to in #2?

All of them! Xenadrine, green tea, and everything else.

I probably should have mentioned Alli in my OP as well, but that's one mistake I never got around to making. I learned from others that it wasn't worth it.

Awesome job! I remember your very first post. It's so good to see people stick around and succeed.
