Help needed please

Hi just starting out.. If I'm making a meal ie making sausages in gravy made with 2knorr stock cube chopped onions salt pepper mixed up and 15g cornflour to thicken it up.. But I'm not eating it all only a portion so how am I best tracking that? Thanks in advance

Put it in the recipe builder, enter how many servings it makes, and you can track it by the serving.0

As was said, enter all the ingredients into the recipe builder. Weigh it. Determine how many servings you want, then divide the total weight by that number, and that gives you your serving amount.0

If you create the recipe in MFP (under food> my recipes) it allows you to state how many servings that recipe makes. Then when you add it to your diary, you select how many servings you've eaten. Its a neat feature that I use very often.0
