Tuna salad season with a pinch of lemon pepper, tomatoes, red pepper and 1 side of strawberries. :-)

I had a sandwich thin with baked chipotle tofu, guacamole, and vegan Swiss cheese. On the side I had some pepperoncini peppers, pickles, and an apple. And then I saw there were some cookies in the break room, so I snagged three sandwich cookies.0

I had seed bread with 2 eggs, cheese and roasted red pepper sauce. And one separate slice of bread with strawberry fruit spread.0

Leftover veggies & beef stir fried in coconut aminos with alittle jasmine rice.

To be honest: A 6oz Burger on a whole wheat bun.
Dinner on the other hand will be a vegetarian z'herbes gumbo on a bed of brown rice and quinoa.0 -

2 small slices of bbq chicken pizza and chicken alfredo pasta0

2 slices knead for seed bread toasted (think that's it) with 1 laughing cow light swiss wedge and a packet of sweet and spicy starkist tuna and a few radishes on the side then a fig cereal bar from trader joes.

Homemade low-sodium chicken soup, 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges with whole grain crackers, and yogurt0

Spilt an avocado in half and cracked an egg in each side of the avocado where the pit was and baked it until the eggs were cooked to my liking. Seasoned with pepper and topped off with some sriracha! YUM!0
