I think if you are truly committed you'll do great! I use MFP in conjunction with some meal replacement shakes (which I am not promoting, you do whatever you think works for you) but I've lost 20 pounds total and 12 since utilizing MFP. You can do this! :)

I find loosing weight such a mental issue. I had lost weight a few years ago and it seemed to happen almost effortlessly...it wasn't really, I was diligent about holding myself accountable of what I ate, faithfully exercised, and the weight melted off. Now I find myself struggling again. wake up everyday and feel determined. Eat healthy morning, lunch, am exercising but 4pm rolls around and I start snacking and then it just escalates from there. So Chrissy, I totally get the deleting accounts and the struggle. We are all in this together, we are not bad people because we let emotional eating get in the way of our goals, we are human with faults. Yes, I would love to help you stay motivated and perhaps you can help me stay motivated too! Don't beat yourself up for what you feel you have not accomplished...I know it sound hokey but speak to yourself with kindness and try to recognize you are doing this for you. :)
