Has anyone tried Kantaera ?

Would you consider it to be a general, low or high impact in terms of logging. It probably isn't high impact - but I'm not sure.

My general rule is that if you can hold a conversation, then it is low intensity. if you cannot hold a conversation then it's high intensity.0

Sounds like aerobics. Or maybe cardio kickboxing. If your feet leave the ground and then impact it again with your body weight behind them, its impactful. If they do it a lot, its high impact. Impact is not the same as intensity.0
