Hey if you guys don't mind, can you take a look at my diary? Just started keto and wanna make sure there's nothing there that shouldn't be... I wanna make sure I'm making good choices...

    Hey I'd love to do that. I am on keto myself and I find it the best among diets. With proper food and right things it can do wonders. :)
