under calories goal!

I am a little wotried... I always finish my day under my calories goals...
do you think ...i have to eat all my calories even i am not hungry?
Calories goal 1300

    A day here and there that you're under is fine, but you should regularly try to hit 1200, if not your goal. Or you can follow a weekly goal and use a few more calories on another day.

    Nah. Assuming you weren't counting but just being intuitive and listening to your body alone, you'd have ate the amount you did with no idea that it was 'too little'. It won't make a difference. It's easy to get hung up on small things when counting on here rather than looking at the big picture - averaging your goal the majority of days. I never force myself to eat for no reason. I just can't appreciate how doing that is going to help me lose weight or form a healthier attitude.
