I started here to prove to everyone that it was impossible for me to lose weight at my age, in perimenopause. I was going to stick to the maximum calories absolutely for 3 weeks ... and when I didn't lose a single gram, I would have proved that I could not lose weight and would then happily resume normal life.
For 10 days, I was right.
On the 11th day, I started losing weight. By 3 weeks, I had lost 3 kg. Then I went on to lose a total of 26 kg.
Guess I can lose weight at my age, in perimenopause, after all. Who would have thought.
Now it is more about a desire to look a certain way when I turn 50.0
