At it again, well maybe

I started MyFitnessPal a few years ago and lost 35 pounds. Unfortunately I was involved in a situation that resulted in a great deal of stress and me giving up on trying to be healthy. But now I've gained that back and then some and it is unfair to my wife and kids and coworkers because they all rely on me to be there to protect them. I started about a week ago and lost 5 pounds but once again became involved in a high stress situation and are faced with a decision do I continue or say screw it.

You can't help anyone if you are unhealthy. As opposite as it seems, you have to help yourself before you can help others. A strong you equals a strong shoulder for your family and your responsibilities.

Life is always going to bring trials, you can choose whether to use them as an excuse. I also need to learn this. Add me if you like.0
