I'm a 25 year old Mom of a 4 year old & 6 month old twins. I'm currently staying home with my kids and wanting to take advantage of the time home with them to do some good for myself. I'm not taking a "all or nothing" approach, like many times before. I'm not a veggie eater (I eat potatoes - that's it) so I'm hoping sometime this year I will be able to eat a salad. I'm not giving myself a time limit, but rather just working on it until I achieve it. I plan to change/add something each month for the year of 2016 to help me reach a healthier lifestyle by the end of the year. This month I have started by cutting out sodas.
I usually drink 5-8 cans per day so I wouldn't say it will be easy, but today is day 3. Just looking for people for motivation and who make the most of the time they do have during the day.
