I need that push again - Gained weight!

So last year 2015, I lost 3 stone for my holiday to Mexico and felt great. I didn't quite make it to my goal and I didn't have a flat stomach. As soon as my holiday was over I had no goal to aim for so started to go off track and I have gained a stone back. How can I get myself back on track. I was so motivated last year as you will see from my photo. But I'm back up to 11 stone 9 pounds and my goal weight is 9 stone 7 pounds. I have another holiday that is already booked this year so I thought this would give me the motivation again.

Any advice people?
