Hey ya'll. So recently I upped my calorie intake to try and bust through a plateau and it seems to be working. My question now is, how long do I continue eating this many calories? Basically, I was eating right between 1200-1300 calories (net) and now I'm eating at least 1500 calories (net). Should I just stay eating this many or after a week or so should I lower it back down?
Any advice/comments/experiences are appreciated.

I want to hear the answer to this too....I always assumed you stuck to the new higher calories, since I thought the reason it pushed you past the plateau is because your body needed more fuel. But I have never thought of backing down again...look forward to people's responses.0

If you continue to lose weight on the new 1500 calorie intake, i see no reason to go back.0
