30 Day Shred Starting Today 6/17/11 to 7/16/11 (Join Me!)

Hi Everyone :)

I plan on starting and completing the 30 day shred (with today as day ONE officially).

I was hoping that there were like minded people who would like to join me so we can keep each other motivated!

I have done the shred before, but quit after day 7. I think I just need the motivation to keep it up.

I plan on taking before and after pictures to show my results at the end. I do not plan on having an official weigh-in day, but if you would like you can weigh yourself and keep us posted ^_^ (maybe half way through we can do a weigh-in).

If you would like to join please complete the following:

1. Post Current Weight
2. Add me as a friend


I want us to use this Thread as a place where we can share are accomplishments or set-backs. Basically a thread where you can express yourself and let others know how your feeling about the Shred (if it's helping, if it is not what you thought it would be, etc.)

i will close the group by tonight mid-night.

    I think I'm going to go to Walmart today and pick this up. One question though, does it require alot of space to work out or is it more "stay in one spot"? I have very little space available and usually my 5 year old is right next to me doing the same exercises so there's even less room. LOL.

    This video includes:
    - jogging in place
    - jumping jacks
    - floor (ab) exercises (like crunches)
    - Stationary Lunges
    - Push-Ups
    That's all I can think of right now :)

  • Doesn't require a lot of space at all. If you have an area where you can do a push up and some jumping jacks you've got all you need.

    I did it back in Jan and finished all 30 days but I need the motivation to do it again.

    I'm 5'4 and weigh 144.

    Well u know I'm in! Lol today is day 2 for me! I weigh 123 and want to get to 110.. I'm taking before and after pics and measuring myself .. good luck to everyone! :-)
