Trying to lose weight is not easy what's the best thing to eat for losing weight?

The best thing to eat is what you can fit within your calories and what you enjoy eating. If you enjoy eating lots of vegetables and salads, eat those. If you enjoy eating lots of meat, eat that. If you enjoy pizza, eat it. Just make sure you are fitting it within your calories and are being honest with your food diary. There isn't any one thing that is going to make you lose weight except reducing the calories.0

Hi! What I've been doing is cutting out all refined carbohydrates like rice,pasta,bread etc. And with every meal I have something with a lot of protein whether it be a low calorie protein shake as a meal replacement or adding an egg or chicken/fish to a simple stir fry or salad. Low fat cottage cheese is great too. This way you'll feel full for longer and won't snack on things. I've found drinking green tea or matcha with every meal helps to speed up your metabolism also.
