The dreaded first three days

I past the first hurdle of the first three days. Now it's repetition and discipline. I've been off Mountain Dew for 6 months now and I just kicked fast food. Limiting my sugar intake and keeping carbs at bay. I've been up and down like a yoyo most of my adult life, but this time feels different. I've always pretty high stress jobs and have recently gotten an almost stress free job. I believe that will make the difference, that and not averaging 60-80 hours/week at work. Good luck to all.

Hi Gary I'm up to day seven i'm on 1200 calories and to be truthful I've not found it to hard OK it's early days and
there's plenty on temptation to come but at the moment I'm very positive, it's not all about diet the No 1 WILL POWER without that I'm sure your domed to fail so think positive, keep up the good work.
