Thank you so much. My story: I started Weight Watchers January 2013 and lost 57 lbs. The goal was 60 and it seemed like I was pushing a boulder uphill to try to lose the final 3. I never did. I was so discouraged I left WW in March 2014. As effective as WW was, I think it hurt me to put that limitation on myself that I would only be happy when I reach my goal. It's been almost 2 years since then, and as of today I have gained back 20 of those lbs. I am looking to lose that 20, and honestly, that this point in my life if I don't reach that 60 lb. goal I don't care. If I do, great. It's more about my peace of mind, a healthy sense of self, and understanding my worth. A program cannot and will not ever define me, that was my lesson. My husband called me sexy before and after the weight loss, so what else matters? So here I am. Now I'm going to do it the myfitnesspal way (no fees) and see what happens. I'm looking forward to it.
