Hey, i am 15 years old and trying to lose some weight. I ve found that the majority of my calories comes from the snacks i eat when i come come from school. I drink a coffee+milk and sugar (around 180 calories) because after a hole day of school if i dont get some caffeine i straight sleep for the rest of thr day, 180 calories are not that much but the problem is i cannot resist the craving for something to go wih the coffee like some quite a lot of biscuits (60 calories each)
What can i eat as an alternative to biscuits which are almost 400 calories of unhealthy stuff?
I am only 15 so i am not that good when it comes to cooking :(

Fruit is always a quick, easy, self-contained, no cook option! Bananas, apples, pears, oranges... you can't go wrong.

You can always have your biscuits, especially if they are only 60 calories each. Just don't eat 7-8 of them. A 400 calorie snack for a growing young man shouldn't be too much of an issue diet wise. You may want to try and switch to straight coffee with a sweetener and creamer for your coffee drink? I have a coffee in the morning with Sweet N' Low and Half and Half, and depending on what brand I buy for my creamer, it is between 11 and 40 calories for one cup, sweetener and creamer. That would give you a lot more room for healthy snacks in your calorie budget!

    Good luck!

have you checked out sparkteens.com? its a fitness site made particularly for kids your age, and I suspect you could get alot of good advice and support there.
