8 months ago was unhappy with way I look, felt fat, had to get bigger clothes didn't want to take pictures no energy felt lazy and tired 24/7 I changed that around down 41lbs put on 6lbs of muscle also down 8%body fat if I can do it you can do it also!!! 3 1/2 more months till I go off to Kansas to play pro baseball if anyone need advice or ideas add me on IG ovalles36

Congratulations on accomplishing your goals and also on what you have in store! I ran track in high school and was in great shape but now after surgery that left me bedridden and childbirth, 15 years later im fat and out of shape. It's hard to start slow (workout 3 days a week for 30 min each) but I'm trying! Because I know this is not who I am. I want to feel good about me! You can do it and so can I!0
