Hi, looking for friends. My goal is to lose 40-50 pounds and become a better me! I have a personal trainer that I see once a week, I'm going to the gym 4 times a week but I need help with my food. I love food but I just can't seem to make the right choices. If you can help, please add me! This is the year that I become healthier!

    I'm also trying to lose weight and also know that I need to make adjustments to my exercise and food. I've been using myfitnesspal.com for all of 4 days now and I have already observed that the website makes it easier for me to resist the free office junk food. I don't know what your food weaknesses are. If you will just diligently post true facts about your exercise and your food intake promptly on the day and hour you do them, you will be on the path of mindfully managing your well-being. myfitnesspal.com is a great tool. Use it.

    I am willing to help. I've lost a total of 26.2 lbs. Never thought I could do it. Still got a ways to go

  • Hi :) I'm new here as well...well, new again ;) Had great success my first go-around and then got into old eating habits. Not eating healthy is what did me in. But I'm finding, now that I'm back to eating healthy, that I feel so much better throughout the day. It's a daily struggle, but so worth it!

    Getting up the courage to join MFP is a huge step. We're all here to support each other through this weight loss roller coaster. Feel free to add me :)
