Ok, a new start with a new plan.

:flowerforyou: Hi, I've joined My Fitness Pal this week, and hope I can stick to it better than my last diet. I lost 28 lbs, then got complacent and started to put it back on again. However it's day 2 and I'm not hungry so that's a good sign! I also like that this plan is free, unlike some of the more well known diet groups out there. Lets face it, if their way of doing things was so easy then they wouldn't make any money at it! Here's to a new start xxx

    I've found this to be a really encouraging, supportive community and an awesome tool to log my diet/exercise. Hope you find it helpful too!
