Double count of calories burnt?

Hello everyone,

I hope i'm posting in the right section.
I have an UP24 as an activity tracker worn 24/7. I also use Runkeeper for running.
Both apps sync with MFP account.

I'm wondering if I need to enter the running sessions manually in UP (or leave the session as regular steps)
If UP is not allocating me extra calories for my running in MFP that I already got from Runkeeper?

If anyone use an activity tracker and a running app (even different ones), please let me know how you proceed. ;)
