In need of some motivation this morning.

The kids are at school and the house is clean but I have 0 motivation to get up and get on the dreaded treadmil.

    Turn on some fun music and dance around, get your heart rate up. Leave the music on then jump on that treadmill and if at any point you get bored then jump off and dance around some more. As long as you are moving, you are burning.... calories lol

    Put it in front of the TV and watch while you walk! (Assuming it's in your house...) In my fantasy life I have a treadmill in front of the TV. Then I wouldn't feel like a bum for Netflix marathons ;)
