I have been on my journey for about a year now. I lost 50 ibs in about 7 months and then got stuck. I let some old eating habits creep back in and gained 15 ibs back. Ready to lose that plus more!

Same here - Using this app, I lost about 30 pounds over about 6 months in 2014. I stopped recording my intake that December and maintained weight for about 8 months. Now, after the holidays, I've gained about 15 pounds back. I just started MFP back again and it's been a little challenging remaining consistent. Just wanted to let you know that I read what you wrote and it resonated with me. Stay with it and good luck to you!

Used mfp a couple years ago and lost 20lbs in 2 Months. Started getting complacent and not logging because " I've got a good idea how many cals are in this, I'm still good". That doesn't work haha. Looking to lose around 15 lbs but I now know I have to log to make it work. Hoping to have extra reason to make sure I do it, either comments on feeds or adding friends. Just need an excuse to be on the app in hopes it keeps me honest with logging. Feel free to add me!

@comrie89 I have always used a notebook to keep up with my progress ( I m old school lol). But, I like mfp mostly for motivation, accountability, and I like to see others progress. Good luck to u!

@mllett it really is all about accountability. I've seen the results so, but motivation an accountability are the hardest part ha

I am restarting on here also, I always start off great and then dwindle off. I don't want to do that again, I want to make this my last "Start Over". I love the support and motivation on MFP, I am always open to new people adding me. Positivity and support are a major help, let's help each other to stay accountable, stay on-track, stay focused, stay smiling :)

Same situation. I was motivated for about 6 months and then stalled for the past 3 months. Looking to get my motivation back and lose this weight! Anyone feel free to add me, would love some new friends!
