Back again

Hello, I'm new again, I guess. I'm finding it harder to stay thin now that I'm peri-menopausal and I have crohn's disease and an underactive thyroid. Wow, that's a lot. So, counting calories seems to be the best method for me since there are so many things I cannot eat that prevent me from joining other weight loss groups. I know I can do it, I just know that if I am accountable to this site I am most likely to succeed. :)

Thanks ladies! Yes, I have an elliptical machine at home, I just probably need to get on it the minute I get home otherwise I will likely just sit all night, maybe clean a little, knit and then get sleepy. The hardest part is wanting to exercise, that is a huge struggle for me.
