No. Just general, helpfullness.

1. Food scale for accuracy
2. Log daily for consistency
3. If you don't follow the TDEE method, eat back 50% of your exercise calories
4. Treat MFP fat and protein (especially protein) as a minimum
5. Exercise should consist of both resistance training (skeletal system) and cardio (cardiovascular system)
6. Don't aim for aggressive weight loss, focus on fat loss as this will have the biggest impact on how your body looks.0
