I'm Christina, 25 years old from London. I used to be 10.2 which doesn't seem like a great deal but I was unhappy and wanted to change my diet and loose some weight.

I'm a shorty of 4.11 and I'm 25 years old, currently weigh 7st exactly. I'm just trying to maintain my weight as I don't want to loose any more now.

I'm always looking for tips and advise. I feel as I've got thinner work outs are becoming hard to burn the calories.

Advise is much appreciated! :)
