What are some good food ls to meal prep with I'm wanting to lean out and start to shred

Lunch:
-lean meat: chicken, pork chops. Makes them grilled, pan fried, baked, whatever. Use different spices so you don't get bored.
-Fruits/veg: Fruits are easy, since you usually just eat them whole or occasionally have to chop/wash. Veggies can be eaten raw, steamed, sauteed, bought frozen, etc.
-Some people eat brown rice or quinoa or something, but I just don't have the calories for that.
Throw it all into a separate Tupperware for each day of the week. Make sure it fits your calories/macros. When it's time to eat, throw it into the microwave. Boom. Lunch.0 -
