Hey everyone! My belly fat is starting to drive me crazy. Sometimes I think I look pregnant! The thing is though I weigh about 115 lbs and am rail thin other than the gut. I don't want to lose weight because then I'd be underweight, but how else can I lose the gut? Any suggestions?

Sounds like you are skiny fat and the solution is as indicated above. Just because you are thin doesn't mean you are actually lean, the two aren't equivelent terms, and you are likely carrying a higher precentage of BF than you believe and less lean body mass. You need to add muscle and lose fat so this would be a body recomposition. Thank you so much everyone! These articles are going to be helpful! Online searches gave me nothing but "you just have to lose weight everywhere because your belly goes last" I hadn't heard of recomposition before, so thank you for the info!0
