Newman's Own light dressings or maybe make your own?? There are a lot of yummy and lighter options out there when it comes to dressings nowadays.0

I like to use balsamic vinegar with a packet of Good Season's Italian dressing mix mixed in.0

Canola or olive oil mayo? When you say "healthier" what are looking for? Lower calories? More natural ingredients and less additives?
I make my own dressings. All you need is a little olive oil (or other oil if you prefer) some type of vinegary substance (any type of vinegar, hot sauce, sometimes I use the brine from spicy pickled vegetables) and whatever seasonings you want for this particular salad. If you want a creamy dressing add in a little mayo. You'd be surprised how far just a little mayo added to a vinaigrette goes.
The lowest calorie delicious dressing I like is balsamic vinegar. Nothing else, just that.0 -
Bolthouse yogurt dressings. 35-45 calories a serving. You will find them in the produce section.0

Either plain vinegar (I have red wine, usually, but any kind works), or I add some Dijon mustard. Tasty and very low calorie.0

Lemon, red wine vinegar, a little "garlic from the jar" and olive oil--it was one of the 21 day fix dressings and I love it. I have used it to marinate chicken then put the chicken in my George Forman grill.

I eat a lot of taco salads/burrito bowls and just use some plain yogurt and salsa as the dressing.0

Sometimes I make my own poppyseed dressing with nonfat yogurt, lemon juice, white vinegar, poppyseeds, celery seed and a dash of sugar-also makes a great coleslaw dressing.
You can also make your own infused olive oils by taking a high quality olive oil, adding garlic, thyme, dried basil- whatever strikes your fancy, and storing it in the fridge for a few days.

If you've never bought balsamic vinegar before, make sure you read the label carefully. Many cheaper balsamic vinegars are not actually balsamic at all, but just another vinegar with caramel coloring added.0

I LOVE the Bolthouse Yogurt dressings. Its nice to have a creamy dressing that is low in cals and fat!0

I do this a lot -- red wine vinegar plus any good mustard, maybe with some garlic or herbs.
Also balsamic, with or without some olive oil (I don't use a lot).
A good spicy option for an Asian salad is sriracha plus soy sauce (low sodium works) plus lime juice and a bit of fish sauce.0 -
I recently found Krafts Caesar Vinaigrette and Greek Vinaigrette - they are surprisingly low in calories & more importantly (for me) low sugar and no weird preservatives. Also pretty damn cheap.0

Red wine/apple cider vinegar, lemon/lime juice, salt and pepper (or other spices I have that might taste good).
Walden Farm's balsamic dressing isn't too bad. I like to use it as a sauce for chicken and salmon. Their "fatty" dressings taste awful though (Ranch, Caesar, etc).0
