Weight loss struggles

Hoping to lose 20 lbs staying motivated is my biggest problem!

    I read a very interesting article about weight-loss ...we don't need motivation because it's very hard to get ....we just need to be willing to take the next step and do the process ...just do it it's just a part of your life every day don't wait for the feeling because it's never going to be there.

    plus, "motivation" must come from within, not even your Mother is going to follow you around motivating you. Find your own power, you are all you have.

    Losing weight is simple math. If you have a plan that includes a calorie deficit and follow it, you will lose weight. If your plan is good, as in practical, realistic, reasonable and not overly restrictive, you will want to follow it. Create a good plan, and you don't need to depend on motivation.
