any one heard of it?

I've done a few times. I'm currently playing with myself... hehehe

just thought i'd throw it out there.

you'll need to buy the book, but you can find it on Amazon for about $8

I would organize a challenge if anyone is interested

    I've played with friends. It is a good diet. :)

    I have a friend who is doing it online right now. She likes it.

    I'm playing it right now with a group of new & old friends & it's really fun. Everyone in our group is extremely motivating and positive.

    Ok, here's an idea...

    We could start Monday July 11. That gives everyone a chance to order and read the book before we start. In my experience, most people I've played with prefer to start the game on a Monday, and since it may be hard to start on July 4th, we'll start on the 11th. You don't have to read the WHOLE book (although, it is a very fast read) to start the game, but you should at least read the summary at the beginning of each chapter.

    I have an excel file that I created to keep track of your points, I can send it out. Use it if you like it, or use your own method...

    The week before, we'll pick teams, and establish a "prize." We'll have to get creative for prizes since we don't know each other IRL.
