Where is everyone from and what did you train/focus on today?

ADD ME!! Hope everyone is doing well today. Just started mfp again and finished up training my clients. Hit chest and triceps today with functional mobility movements toward the end. I'm a certified personal trainer in the Chicago/south suburban area. I'm here to help others achieve goals, motivate, and live a healthier, more rewarding lifestyle.

I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada! Shoulders and triceps for me today! Plyos tomorrow....and lots of snow shoveling... like 20cm Pretty pumped though!!!0

Nova Scotia too. Middle of huge snow storm. I did strong lifts B today so squat, deadlift and ohp plus some accessories.0

Body weight Tabata for me today! Air squats, up & overs, planks & burpees... But it was a low energy day... Felt like I had weights on my feet0
