Starting over

Starting over with eating better and working out is the worst. Why did I ever stop ?
Once I stopped and let my routine slide it was too easy to just not do it another day.another week. Next thing I know I have no energy, can't fit in my clothes and not feeling great about myself.
So to jump start my motivation I joined a 12 week challenge with my sister in law and some friends. Everyone put in $50 & @the end of 12 weeks whoever has the biggest % of weight loss wins the pot.
So we started January 4th and so far 11 lbs down. It's super hard!
Sometimes I just want something that I know is bad for me. It's a daily struggle.
So, last night I really wanted taco bell but had only 120 calories left but I was a good girl and had a small amount of rotisserie chicken breast and quinoa.
I just have to make the best choices one day, one meal at a time.

The hardest part is starting they say, I think the hardest part is starting and keeping it going.
