I want to start the Texas method but it has cleans I'm it and I don't know how to do them. I did body pump a few times a long time ago but I wasn't doing them right (basically curling the bar up) and the instructor didn't correct my form. Does anyone have any tips or are there any good instructional videos out there? Thanks

Edit. These are power cleans. My mistake. The difference between a power clean and just cleans is that in power clean you don’t have to get into a squat positions to catch the bar

Edit 2: Texas method has Power cleans. So make sure you do the right things

I'm trying to learn these too with my PT, but I'm riding the struggle bus big time :(

I can't get the rack right - I feel like the bar is in my throat and I end up with sore spots on the front of my shoulders (about 3 fingers past the clavical), so I know my position isn't right. He moved my elbows up and in to where they should be, and my hands were as high as my ears - I couldn't hold onto the bar where they were at and my arms are practically turned outward to keep a finger around it. I've been working on increasing my arms/wrist flexibility...but what else can I do to get the rack position right???

I'm so frustrated with the stupid clean, but I want to be able do it because it IS pretty awesome looking...
