New Measurements

When I started at Curves on January 14, 2011 I weighted 334 pounds.
Measurements were:
Bust: 52.25"
Waist: 59"
Thighs: 26.25"
Arms: 15.5"
Abdomen: 67.25"
Hips: 62.5"

Today's measurements:
Weight: 259 pounds
Bust: 47"
Waist: 49"
Thighs: 24"
Arms: 13.5"
Abdomen: 59"
Hips: 51"

For a total loss of 73.6 pounds and 43"

    I have modified my diet: no fried foods, no sugar (mostly) and nothing white - no white potatoes, white bread, etc. I eat 6 small meals a day and 1200 calories including 75- 100 grams of protein, which includes with a Body Fortress Protein shot after exercising (26 grams a shot).

    I go to Curves 5 days a week and do Curves with Zumba twice a week for a total of 7 workouts there each week. When I do the Curves with Zumba, I also do the complete circuit on top of the Zumba. I try to walk or swim on the weekends.

    Do you like Zumba? I keep hearing great things about it. I am interested in checking it out, but I'm a little concerned about being the biggest girl there and all my floppy parts flying around. lol

    I love Zumba. I do not care if my "stuff" flops :blushing: around so to speak. I did get a one piece body shaper at my doctors request and It does help with the stuff flopping but I am going to do it anyway. :happy:
