I need more water in my life lol

I only drink about two cups a day. Not good

    Try carrying a bottle of water around with you.

    Drink a glass first thing when you get up in the morning (for me, this works better if I microwave it briefly to near body temperature). Drink another before you leave home.

    As nwortley89 says, carry a water bottle. Personally, I like stainless steel reusable ones (I drop things a lot - LOL). Sip frequently, refill as needed.

    Drink a glass with every meal. Have an extra in the evening (not too close to bedtime, maybe).

    And you're there.

    You could make a habit of chugging a glass of water after every pee break. Gotta replace the fluids, ya know.

    I used to be the same way! Then I got a fruit infuser water bottle and started adding cucumber, lemon, mint to my water and I drink a lot more. There are other flavors you can try, but adding fruits and veggies work for me. Mostly fruits though! Watermelon is my favorite to add with chunks of pineapple :)

    Unless your pee is dark yellow, you're most likely fine.

    The "8 glasses a day" thing is a 90s myth.
