    Hello my name is Jen. Mother of three work full time from my home. I'm finding it's so easy to get complacent with your workouts and eating when I don't have to leave my house much. I'm 5'7 was up to 198lb with my pregnancy been holding steady at 157 lbs for the last couple years. I would really like be around 130-135 to feel healthy and attractive again. I would love to have more friends on here to help inspire and motivate each other.

    Hi Jen! My youngest of three children will be 13 weeks old on Tues. my pre-pregnancy weight was in the low 130s. Since having my little guy I've been steady at 157 too! I just went back to work last week, so that is helping me with moving a lot more. I'm hoping that I start to see a difference in the scale and can get close to my pre-pregnancy weight again. With similar situations, sounds like we have our work cut out for us! Good luck on your journey! ☺️
