Good things this week!

This week I made it to Onederland, 30 pounds lost which is my halfway point, and walked 15000 steps for the first time since I got my fitbit. Started MFP last September and have been consistent in logging. I also have been gradually increasing walking and some strength training. I don't post a lot but felt this week was worthy! I find a lot of inspiration from all the other success stories I read here.
