My goal is to lose weight and reduse stress on my body/medical issues. Ultimately need to lose 100 pounds to get to my ideal body weight/BMI. Needs friends for mutual support and sounding board. Thank you!

Feel free to add me. I've lost 50 lbs, so am about half way. I had lost 80 lbs but lost my way. Luckily I picked myself up before I had undone all my hard work. I couldn't do this without MFP. I regularly log (up to 330 days now) but exercise (or lack of) is my downfall.
