My name is Bill from Kent UK and I'm fighting back! Overweight, smoking and excessive drinking. Since October 2015 stopped smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and loosing weight! Exercise is my main ingredient of success together with healthy eating. I'm getting there and feeling great for once in my life. I get great inspiration by some of the comments on this site.
