Motivation needed

Trying to lose 50# at least..need motivation please...eating 1200 calories daily but being mother of 3 and stay at home wife..is hard....help motivate me pls !

    Motivation must come from within. There's nothing anyone here can say to make you ready to change. You have to want it and you have to be willing to work for it.
    Every single one of us here have our own set of challenges ( kids, work , marriage, medical problems, and so on ) not very many people have it easy, everyone has something going on. Its up to if you decide to make this work or not.
    When someone is truly ready , nothing will stop them !
    So if your ready then you must know this has to be a lifestyle change. Fad diets and gimmicks don't produce lasting success. Get yourself a food scale and learn all about how to weigh your foods and measure your liquids. Learn about portion control and moderation. Things like this don't happen over night but are worth the wait !
