Not wanting to face weigh-in day

I did NOT want to weigh in this morning. Yesterday I had a picnic with lots of guesstimating amounts instead of being able to rely on my food scale. More guesstimating the very light lunch I had following the picnic. And I guesstimated more with some vegetable tamales I had for dinner! I also had my fair share of wine.

Weighing in seemed horrible after all that. But I did it. I had my BM (TMI?), stripped down (TMI?) and stepped on the scale. And was down more than 2 pounds from last week!I'm down 20 lbs from where I started and am stoked! Definitely the push I needed.
Don't ignore your weigh in days :)

I completely understand. I am not wanting to weigh in tomorrow. Tomorrow is approximately 30 days on this site. My weight has been up all week dude my period and I'm scared it's going to be high tomorrow too. Well I understand weight loss is a linear, I was really hoping for a 1 pound weight loss to make it in even 10 pounds for the month. Thanks for giving me the confidence to weigh in anyway.

Thanks to both of you. Not feeling well today at all and avoiding the scale too. It's a marathon not a sprint......cliche but true.

You got this! Get some rest, have a cup of tea and be kind to yourself. Friend me if you want, I'll support you in any way possible.

I did the same thing my last weigh I'm day. I had been soooo hungry the week prior, and had been eating so much more than usual. I didn't want to step on, but did, and was down 1.2 pounds (I weigh in after my morning bathroom break and completely naked too, lol!) Sometimes our bodies need more fuel I guess?

I weigh in nearly every day. Hate it, but keeps me in the game.

You got this! If it's not the number you're hoping for, just r me me be r how easy it is for other things to affect weight. That being said , I hope you see a lower number tomorrow :)

Perhaps! I know hardcore CICO folks will have a cow about this (lol) but sometimes after I eat at a slightly higher calorie range for a day my weight drops. Like its saying thank you haha. Don't understand it but it let's me keep my head on of I stray a little one day.
